How it works
1
Look around first
Open the app and try a sample packet. No account needed.
2
Get an instant draft
Sign in when you add your own document. AI writes a free draft with a cover page that says it is not certified and that no person has reviewed it.
3
Order certified if you need it
English ↔ Spanish. A named translator reviews, signs and certifies it. You get a PDF with a public verification page.
One PDF with everything in it
Every translation comes as one packet, in this order. A free draft has a cover page that says it is not certified. A certified translation has a cover page that says a human translator certified it, and adds the certificate.
Draft · Not certified
1. Cover page
Free: “Draft · Not certified”. Certified: “Certified by a human translator”.
2. Certificate
Certified orders only. Carries the translator’s name and a verification code.
3. Translated pages
The translation.
4. Your original pages
Your own pages, unchanged.
Schematic, not a real document.

Where your documents go
Your files stay in your own Google Drive. For certified orders only, we keep a temporary copy of the pages you submit so the translator can work from them, and delete it 30 days after delivery. To write a free draft, the content of the page is sent to an AI service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Questions
Will an agency accept this?
Agencies set their own rules. A certified translation includes the translator’s signed statement that it is complete and accurate. Check what the office that will receive your document asks for. Karpetas is not affiliated with any government agency.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. You can look around the whole app and open a sample without one. You create a free account only when you translate your own document, save it to a folder or pay.
Is the free draft certified?
No. It is written by AI, no person has reviewed it, and its cover page says so. Only a certified translation, signed by a named translator, is certified.
Do you notarize documents?
No. Karpetas does not offer notarization.
Are you a law firm?
No. We translate documents. We do not give legal advice and we do not complete or file forms for you.
What if I find a mistake?
Write to support@karpetas.com within 30 days of delivery and we will review it for free.
